Would you know what to do in a life threatening emergency? Now’s your chance to learn vital first aid skills that could one day save a life completely FREE of charge!

Join expert paramedic lecturers and experienced student paramedics for an interactive, hands on session where you’ll gain the confidence to act in an emergency. You’ll learn how to deliver basic life support (BLS) with a defibrillator, understand the difference between cardiac arrest, heart attacks and strokes, and practice life saving techniques on both adults and children.

You’ll also learn essential paediatric first aid, including how to help a choking child and manage common medical emergencies like febrile convulsions.

This is not just another first aid course, this is empowerment, confidence and the chance to be someone’s hero.
