How to Report A Problem To The Council
If you see anything untoward on the village that needs repairing, or would like to report a problem that the council should deal with, you can always use the Contact Page on this website to raise the issue with us.
However, it is much more effective if report the issue directly yourself using the BCP Reporting page. Simply select the category the problem falls under and the BCP site takes you through a series of screens to fill in. You can upload a photo of the issue too.

How to report a water pollution concern
If members see what they believe to be a pollution incident in the Bourne Stream on Talbot Heath, or any water courses nearby, please could you call the following numbers immediately:

If you are met with any kind of indifference or reluctance to send a member of their team to check and report back – could you let the Committee know about it please and we will get our Councillors on the case.
