Join Dr Hina Tariq, Faculty of Health, Environment & Medical Sciences, Bournemouth University, for an informative and interactive session exploring how looking after your feet can help prevent falls, improve mobility and support overall wellbeing.

• Simple daily foot care and self-check routines

• Foot and ankle exercises to improve strength and flexibility

This session is suitable for anyone interested in preventative health, particularly older adults and those living with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, circulatory issues, balance concerns or ongoing foot problems.
